Billboard recognizes Round Hill’s Josh Gruss as change agent

Gruss says the tumult in the world made the company “take a strong look in the mirror and think, ‘What can we do better to be more inclusive at Round Hill?’ ” The company hired a human resources director; created a diversity, equality and inclusion committee; plans paid internships; and is creating a scholarship to support students at Berklee College of Music. His staff helped him see things “that needed to change,” says Gruss. “Openness to feedback, not being myopic and having some humility are all requirements for those that lead.”
